| It was on the 4th September 1978 that a 16 year old boy headed for Telephone House on Portland St, Manchester. Little did I know of the twists and turns my career would take on that morning as I reported to the training office at 9am. It's been a great time, the bad days I can count on one hand, well maybe two! But now I've decided to call it a day.

| Some of you already know that I have a place as an undergraduate at Bolton University to study Mechanical Engineering. My official last day will be the 29th September although I will be taking some leave before then. This Company has been good to me and I will miss it, but most of all I will miss the people, all the friends I've made over the years.

| By coincidence the reunion will be on the 29th as well, hopefully I'll see some of you there.
